We started with Poser 4 low-poly models (just under 4000 polys) as I was basically the only artist and had 6 weeks so I didn't feel we had enough time to create original models, animate, texture and everything. I modified the Poser model in Maya and remapped the UVs and created original textures using found imagery from the web. Poser created seperate objects for each body part so there are separate textures for each object.
